1. Use the "字幕ツール＆コンバーター" to convert a TXT subtitle file into a SRT subtitle file

Open the free 字幕ツール＆コンバーター, select "Whisper Segments File (.txt)" and set "convert" to "SRT". Generate and download the file. ファイルの変換で問題が発生した場合は、無料のサポートにお問い合わせいただけます。

2. Import the SRT subtitle file into DaVinci Resolve

To import subtitles go to "Files -> Import -> Subtitle...". Select the subtitle file and import. You can now drag and drop the subtitle file from the Media Pool into your timeline.
