In the Adobe Prelude Live Logger app go to export and save the TXT file.

2. Use the "マーカコンバーター" to convert the TXT marker file into a SRT subtitle file

3. Use the "字幕ツール＆コンバーター" to convert the SRT subtitle file into a TTML subtitle file
