1. Use the "字幕ツール＆コンバーター" to convert a CSV file into a TTML subtitle file
Open the free 字幕ツール＆コンバーター, select "CSV" and set "convert" to "TTML". Generate and download the file. ファイルの変換で問題が発生した場合は、無料のサポートにお問い合わせいただけます。
Make sure the CSV contains a column called "Timecode In", "Timecode Out" and "Subtitle". Otherwise it will not work.
