1. Import a clip with Adobe Dynamic Link in Adobe Premiere Pro

Premiere Pro should automatically open and load the sequence into the project. If this doesn't happen, you can go to File > Adobe Dynamic Link > "Import After Effects Composition". Choose your Adobe After Effects Composition from the dialog box.

2. Export the SRT subtitle file from Adobe Premiere Pro

Open the sequence in Premiere Pro and go to File > Export > "Captions". Choose "SubRip Subtitle Format (.srt)" from the export window.

3. Use the "字幕ツール＆コンバーター" to convert the SRT subtitle file into a VTT subtitle file

Open the free 字幕ツール＆コンバーター, select "SRT" and set "convert" to "VTT". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.
